As the HR manager, your duties will include managing the HR operations and being accountable for:

• management office recruitment requirements
• Manage state licensing regulations
• Have experience in counseling and coaching
• Have excellent organizational abilities

You must possess the following skills and experience to be qualified for this position:

• Preferably with a degree in human resources
• Experience of at least two years
• Extensive recruitment expertise
• Skilled at managing hourly employees
• Very competent, moral, and of unquestionable integrity.
• Powerful organization, planning, and decision-making skills.
• Diligent and show some initiative.
• Outstanding interpersonal abilities.
