MEMBERSHIP COORDINATOR ROLE

Membership coordinators welcome and guide visitors, cultivate relationships, and engage visitors in their areas of interest. As a part of the membership team, coordinators provide membership possibilities and respond to inquiries about the facilities. Our membership coordinators get all available training.

QUALIFICATION FOR OUR MEMBERSHIP COORDINATORS

• A clear passion for fitness
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• An outgoing personality
• Sales and/or customer service experience, preferred but not required

WORK SCHEDULE

This membership position typically works five days a week totaling approximately 35-40 hours. Schedules are flexible and can include morning, afternoon, and evening shifts.
